NEW YEAR'S PARTY!
Where: at the church
When: starts at 7:00 PM and ends at 12:30 PM.
What: fun, games and friends
All in all, a really awesome way to bring in the new year! :D
We will have all kinds of challenges like last year and there will be snacks too!
And it's not an all-nighter this year so we'll all hopefully get some sleep!

On December 28th there is no youth.

CHRISTMAS PARTY!

Start off your Christmas Break with an awesome Christmas party at the 13th Floor!

Hang out with your friends and the teens from the Freedom Center that will be coming to our church on Friday. There will be lots of games and fun! :D

Remember that there is a gift exchange so bring a $5 gift for a guy or a girl.

It starts at 7:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM.

Our topic is walking with God. What do you really think that means?

What do you think it's like to have someone beside you every step of the way through this thing we call life?
To have someone that won't magically make all the tough stuff go away but who will comfort you and be with you through it all?
To be really close and walk with the God of the galaxy?

Footprints in the Sand
One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky. In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there were one set of footprints. This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints. So I said to the Lord, “You promised me Lord, that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there have only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, you have not been there for me?”The Lord replied, “The times when you have seen only one set of footprints in the sand, is when I carried you.”
